Our guidelines for reconditioning of DR. BOY injection moulding machines:

• complete disassembling of the machine
  
• degreasing and cleaning of the machine frame and all aggregates in an automatic washing plant.
  
• cleaning of the hydraulic tank
• changing of the filter
  
• painting of all parts in the original colour when the machine is dismantled
  
• checking and repairing of the hydraulic pump (complete sealing)
• sealing of the complete machine 
• exchanging of defect hydraulic parts
• checking of  cylinder and screw. If they do not conform to the specified tolerances, we exchange them.
  
• replacing of the ball-bearings of the electric motor
  
• all machines make a testrun of at least 24 hours
